Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@veritypages.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to make it right.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original form of payment.

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Refunds may be declined if:
The request is made after 7 days of delivery
The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
